In this hands-on class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to make yogurt, sour cream, and an easy soft cheese using regular store-bought milk. The instructor will guide you through each process, and all supplies are included. Perfect for beginners interested in homemade, wholesome foods.

Instruction in: Basic welding safety and general introduction to MIG welding Basic GMAW theory GMAW (MIG) set-up and parameters for welding GMAW short circuit, spray, and pulsed spray transfer modes 1f through 2f GMAW welds on mild steel A CWI tested welding qualification from AWS D1.1 code Students must maintain high attendance to attempt this test.

 Supplies provided include:  Welding jacket, gloves, safety glasses, head cap, welding hoods temporarily assigned to each student, & welding supplies.

Students MUST wear jeans or appropriate work pants and leather boots to weld.
