Beekeeping for Beginners
with Don Stockley

Join Donald Stockley and Gary Maxsom as they explain the ins and outs of Beekeeping.
Beekeeping is an amazing and rewarding experience but one of the harder ones to get started in. Learning how a hive functions and how it reacts to its environment is the key to being a successful beekeeper. This course will introduce you to beekeeping concepts, hive management, the lifecycle of bees, pest management, and what you can harvest from your hives. You'll be able to get hands on with the common beekeepers equipment and empty hives. While it is a surprisingly broad field, at the end of this course you'll have enough information to make your first foray into beekeeping.
