Intro to Pressure Canning

Learn the basics of pressure canning and how to safely preserve low-acid foods like taco meat, soups, and stews. This introductory class will guide you through essential techniques, equipment, and safety practices so you can confidently start canning at home. We will be using both stovetop and electric pressure canners. If you have your own pressure canner you may bring that to learn how to use it.
